This policy explains how EZ Reels collects and uses information when you visit the website, create an account, buy a plan, or generate a video.
1. Information we process
We process the information needed to operate the service. This can include your email and account identifier, Google sign-in details shared with us, plan and credit balance, generation history, support messages, browser or device identifiers, security records, IP address, and basic usage and performance information.
When you generate a video, we process the images, prompts, selected model settings, generated output, and technical job records needed to submit, monitor, deliver, moderate, and support the request. Do not upload material you do not have permission to use or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
2. Payments and sign-in
Google may provide the account information needed for sign-in. Stripe processes card details and payment authorization; we receive payment status, transaction identifiers, subscription details, and limited billing information, but we do not store full card numbers.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, calculate and issue credits, process payments and refunds, prevent fraud and abuse, apply content rules, investigate failures, answer support requests, measure performance, and improve reliability and usability. We may review or remove submitted or generated material when reasonably necessary for safety, rights protection, legal compliance, or enforcement of our Terms.
4. Service providers
We share only the information needed with companies that help run the service, including Google for sign-in, Stripe for billing, Cloudflare for delivery and abuse protection, storage providers, analytics and support services, and the AI video providers selected for a generation. Images and prompts sent for generation are processed under those providers’ own service and privacy terms. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, rights holders, the service, or the public.
5. Storage and retention
We keep account, payment, credit-ledger, security, and generation records for as long as they are reasonably needed to operate the service, meet legal and accounting duties, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Guest outputs are normally available for up to 30 days. Other inputs and outputs may be removed earlier or retained longer when needed for an active account, support case, payment record, safety review, or legal requirement. Backups and provider copies may take additional time to expire.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies or similar browser storage for sign-in, security checks, guest credits, preferences, and essential product behavior. Limited analytics may be used to understand traffic and performance. Blocking essential storage can prevent sign-in or generation from working correctly.
7. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of account information, subject to identity verification and records we must retain for legal, payment, security, or dispute purposes. You can cancel future subscription renewals from your account. For a privacy request, email support@skybringup.com and include the email associated with your account.
8. Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will be posted on this page.
