Delete your EZ Reels account

You can request permanent deletion of your EZ Reels account and associated data from the app or by email. You do not need to install the app or sign in to send an email request.

Send a deletion request

  • In the mobile app: sign in to the account you want removed, open Settings, choose Delete account, and confirm Send deletion request. Keep the request reference shown by the app.
  • Without the app: email [email protected] with the subject “EZ Reels account deletion request”. Include the email used for your EZ Reels account and say that you want the account and its associated data deleted. If you used Sign in with Apple and Hide My Email, include the relay address associated with EZ Reels when available.

We may need to verify that you own the account before processing the request. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, private keys, or identity documents. If you cannot access the account email, explain that in your message so support can help with verification.

What happens next

A request or request reference confirms receipt for processing; it does not confirm that your account has already been deleted. Processing is not immediate. Contact support with your request reference if you need an update.

The request covers your EZ Reels account information and associated data, including profile and sign-in information, generation history, and uploaded or generated media held by us. We may retain records needed for legal and accounting duties, payments and credit reconciliation, security, abuse prevention, or disputes. Backups and copies held by service providers may take additional time to expire, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Hosted video links may be public while available. A video expiry date is separate from account deletion, and removing a hosted file cannot remove copies already downloaded or shared by others.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting an account, sending a deletion request, or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancel future renewals with the provider where you purchased:

  • App Store: on iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → EZ Reels → Cancel Subscription. See Apple’s cancellation instructions.
  • Google Play: open Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → EZ Reels → Cancel subscription, using the Google Account that made the purchase. See Google Play’s cancellation instructions.
  • Website: sign in to My Account and use the subscription management option. If you cannot access it, contact support.
