Billing questions

How do I use my welcome credits?
A new browser automatically receives 450 one-time welcome credits — no signup or card required. Spend them in the image-to-video editor; the recommended Wan 2.5 setting at 5 seconds and 720p costs exactly 450 credits and includes a small watermark. Guest credits and guest history stay with that browser; sign in before future account renders if you want those renders and paid credits available across devices.
What does a standard video mean?
For plan comparison, a standard video means an image-to-video clip made with Wan 2.5 at 5 seconds and 720p. It costs 450 credits. Other models, durations, and resolutions show their exact credit cost before you generate.
Why can another setting cost more?
Longer clips, higher resolution, and premium models consume different amounts of compute. The model selector only shows supported combinations and displays the exact credits for each one before you start.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are paid once for the year, with a 20% discount versus monthly billing. The same plan allowance is added each month, rather than giving a full year of credits on day one. Monthly credit delivery is active for annual purchases.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Unused credits stay in your balance while your account remains active and in good standing. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred. A refund, chargeback, payment dispute, fraud review, or other action allowed by the Terms may revoke or clear credits.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel a subscription from your account and keep access until the end of the current paid period.
